I have experienced this failure for several days and have done as much diagnostic work as I can. I believe, based upon error messages in the log file, that a format change by eBay is the issue.

History of fixes I have tried.

As restarting JBidWatcher failure to cure the issue, I initially thought it might be database corruption. (When one hears hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras. At least when one is not on the savanna, of course.)

To verify this I deleted the entire JBidWatcher database (in C:\Users\Username), restarted JBidWatcher so it would re-create a clean (and empty) database, and then manually added a few auctions. While these auctions then updated with accurate closing times upon JBidWatcher restart, they soon silently reverted to N/A and a snipe did not fire.

I similarly have found that while JBidWatcher, removing the C:\Users\auctionsave folder, and restarting can, on occasion, cause the auctions to momentarily update, this quickly fails and all auction end-times revert to N/A and snipes do not fire.

I do not believe either action has materially altered the underlying issue.

I even tried using non ebay.com addresses in the configuration. Nothing altered and all auctions still list as “N/A”.

A review of the error log contains a repeated error pattern for each auction. If the auction number is “123456789” and the description “Auction-Item-Description” every single entry is of the form:
*
Sun Oct 25 00:04:25 EDT 2015: Parsing URL http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=123456789
Sun Oct 25 00:04:25 EDT 2015: Parsing URL http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=123456789
Sun Oct 25 00:04:27 EDT 2015: Redirecting from: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=123456789
Sun Oct 25 00:04:27 EDT 2015: Redirecting to: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Auction-Item-Description/123456789?
Sun Oct 25 00:04:27 EDT 2015: Parsing URL http://www.ebay.com/itm/Auction-Item-Description/123456789?
Sun Oct 25 00:04:28 EDT 2015: Potential quote error!

I do not know if this error is related to the N/A issue, or causative of it, but as it occurs for every auction in the update list it very well may indicate the problem has to do with parsing of data returned from eBay. A change in eBay format thus seems to be the likely culprit.
